I live in pakistan and I have 2021 Toyota Yaris with a 1.3 1NR-FE engine. I t makes a strange squeaking sound whenever I turn on my AC especially when the is turned on after 2 to 3 hours. It doesnt give any codes and it is only driven 53000 km or 32000 miles.

Have you changed the serpentine belt recently? Running the air conditioner puts extra load on the engine and you're more likely to notice serpentine belt noise.

You blower motor could be wearing out.
Or AC compressor , or serpentine belt
