Toyota Yaris , which model is the best to buy ? and which one is the worst ?
Which country/region? The American, European & Asian ones are all different..
The new ones are made by Mazda in the North American market, years change by market in the US I would recommend the 2018 and before Toyota Yaris
(These Ones):

NOT this one:

If I had to get a Yaris I personally would get one of the last two ones above that are blue, which in the states are the 2015-2018 model years.
In the 2019 model year, the Yaris nameplate was changed to the Yaris Sedan name and was a rebadged Mazda (which replaces the 2016 Scion IA, and 2017 Yaris IA). Mazda makes decent cars as well but the Toyota ones last longer.
{black}:vomited: such ugly cars
My friend has a 2007 toyota yaris sedan base model. The dash (speedometer, odometer, etc.) is in the middle for some reason. The car has been in a wreck, the muffler fell off at some point, it survived 14 years of cold canadian winters, it has dozens of dents and the bumper is held by zip ties and it still runs perfectly fine. If you like simplicity, go around these years and base model, there is a total of 3 buttons for volume, temperature and air. It's so simple there is no way it will ever break. It's not fast or luxury or comfortable, but if you specifically like absolute minimalism, try it.
*Depending on where you live you want to look for where it was built, obviously.
If you like this type, consider Honda Fit, preferably with manual transmission. At least you know it is made by Honda not a Mazda/Toyota hybrid.
