My mom has an 08 Saturn outlook XE AWD, I bought some TQR struts and shocks as well as coil springs from 1a auto, I was wondering if TQR by 1a auto is a good brand, or should I return them and get another brand for my mom's car such as KYB?

Get KYB or OEM ones.
