My sons 2013 journeys light is on but all I did was try to use the windshield washer fluid I never pushed the traction button and he says the light went off for a short time and came back on,is this car having electrical problems we bought it about a year ago at a ford dealer it has body work cause the bumper is not completely aligned.

Sounds like that thing was in a wrecking ass wiring problems but if you did push anything on the steering column and the track lights stays on could be the short in the switch that you touched which caused that

Sounds like an electrical problem to me, likely from wiring damaged in a previous accident. If possible, I would have the codes scanned next time the light comes on and see what you get.
