I have a 2007 Chevy cobalt ss Option B package 5 speed with a bad 02 sensor and 125 miles. Would it be a good idea to trade for a 2006 bmw 330i 6 speed with 160 miles.

Nope. Keep the ss at least because its cool but that bmw is going to give you problems. And would likely be much more expensive to maintain and find parts for.
