I have an 03 trailblazer and whenever I get to 45 - 55 mph I get the check service engine and reduce engine power lights come on. I have cleaned the throttle body, put injector cleaner, and checked the wires to the throttle body. I have no clue what to do anymore.

when the check engine light comes on, you should run an OBD diagnostic scan
I'm getting a p1280 code? is it the whole accelerator pedal assembly or is it just the wiring? whenever I turn the car off and on the reduced engine power light goes away and if the car is off for like 30mins the check engine light is gone.
what condition does code P1280 represent?
