Hi Scotty, I have a 2022 Ford Escape with only 4700 miles that I bough as they said a new car with 1800 miles on it. Yes, it was a demo from the Ford dealership. The trans shifts badly jerks me back in the seat when taking off and is always shifting gears. Is this normal for this trans? What can I expect bringing it in for the second time for diagnosing?

That's not normal for any transmission.

You can expect them to brush you off and say it's "normal"or they "can't find anything wrong". Dealers hate warranty work since it's a money loser and most would tell you it's "normal" if one of the wheels fell off.
Don't buy another Ford until they start improving quality control, which will probably never happen. They seem to be racing GM to the bottom of the barrel in terms of quality control.
If they can't even manufacture fuel injectors after producing them for 40+ years, there's a problem. I'm not sure if your Escape has GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) or ordinary port fuel injectors (depends on whether or not you have an EcoBoost engine). If it's ordinary fuel injection, rather than recalling them and putting new, properly designed fuel injectors in, they've recalled them to put some dumb thing in that detects fuel leakage, as if that's good enough. Rather than driving around an unknowingly primed molotov cocktail, now they alert you. Ford's Maverick and Escape were caught up in that recall.
I'm honestly surprised they got out of replacing fuel injectors, unburned gasoline obviously pollutes the air, and I'm really surprised the EPA didn't make them replace fuel injectors.
