Yo scotty, I own a 2016 automatic honda civic ex with roughly 78k miles. The last time the transmission fluid was changed was at around 58k miles. At what miles do I perform the next transmission fluid change?

Around 100k miles.

Don’t forget to use only the OEM Honda fluid.

I would change the transmission fluid/filter (drain and fill) every 40,000 miles which puts you at around 98,000 miles or 100,000 miles that Yaser mentioned.
