2007 Toyota Solara 3.3L 168,000 miles automatic. I do not know if the transmission has ever been touched. It seems to be operating well, no slipping or hard shifts. The fluid is pretty dark. Would you recommend a flush or just drain and full with new fluid. Thanks.

Spill, and fill and change the filter while you're at it too.

What everyone else said is correct and I just want to add since you don't know if the fluid has ever been changed or not keep the old transmission fluid just in case you end up with issues.
