I have a 2004 Monte Carlo 3.4L automatic transmission 170,000 miles it shifts hard after warming up then the transmission went out and I got another one and it did the same thing do you know what this could be

the computer thinks you're still driving out a clapped out transmission. You need to reset the TAP cells with a diagnostic tool.
