So I've changed my engine oil. I had the trolley jack up. And when it came to go down it won't. I turn the pole to the left and it didn't do anything. Finally I don't know how. I got it to go down. I did the other side and it came down too quick
It's a Kinchrome blue one. weights about 60 plus kilos.

Return the trolley.
Or get ramps instead.

The jack may need bled.
