Hey Scotty! I have 2015 Mitsubishi ASX (Outlander Sport there in the U.S). It has 27,000 mile and has a 6-speed CVT transmission. I'm going abroad for 3 years. How can I properly store my car for that long? I have nobody to look after it to even warm it up from time to time. I love the car and I don't want to sell it. I live in a tropical country by the way.

Who knows what might happen in 3 yrs. What if the car is damaged beyond repair while you’re away (or stolen)? You said you have nobody to even look after it.
I’d keep emotion out of this one and sell it, if you intend to have peace of mind, when you return.
