Truck dies in stop and go traffic

I have a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer, automatic, 6 cylinder.  Almost 320k miles.  This just happened once, but it died when coming to a stop in heavy traffic.  I put it in park and restarted it right away.  Have had no problems since, but am worried it will happen again.   No lights came on, on the dash.

What could have caused this?  Is the fuel pump getting weak?

Yeah change your fuel filter & pressure test your fuel pump.

If the fuel pressure is normal, try to check/clean your IAC valve.
