What Could Be The Issue?
Many things, especially on a 25-year-old vehicle. Loose suspension parts or grabby caliper would be the primary suspects. Also if you have drum brakes in the rear you could have grabby brakes back there due to uneven show wear, misaligned shoes, sticking wheel cylinders or worn backing plates.
