Hello Scotty I have a 1939 dodge pickup with a 1972 318 magnum . It keeps overheating and leaking antifreeze out of the overflow. It doesn't have an overflow reservoir. I have replaced the thermostat and was told to replace the radiator cap. Was wondering if you might know what's wrong It or give some idea of what to check out next.

it shouldn't be too hard to convert to an overflow tank. go to a junkyard and find one that fits and connect the hose.
It might be harder than you think with no fitting on the radiator neck to fit tubing to.
He said he is leaking coolant out of the overflow.
