Assuming that Toyota/Lexus fix the waste gate issues they have had with their turbos, can a turbo charged engine last if you accelerate like a turtle? Thanks!

It won't last longer than a naturally aspirated engine, all else being equal.
I guess we'll see in a few years when a significant amount of them get over 200,000 miles.

Mine has lasted 27 years and 370,000 miles, and that's without accelerating like a turtle.
Today's engines though are much more complex and not as heavily built so they're probably more prone to developing problems as they age.
It will last longer if you drive like Grandma since it will see less stress. How much longer is anyone’s guess at this point.

If you can help it , avoid turbocharged Toyota or Lexus products for the time being, and let’s see how they hold up over time first.
