Howdy Scotty! I have a 2016 chevy cruze LT and sometimes when i start it it idle roughly. I would turn it back off then start it again and it would be fine. Sometimes i have to do this a few times and other times it works fine after the first startup. Any idea what might be happening? No codes btw

Check the obvious stuff like battery & alternator, vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, spark plugs. What does live data look like when it's idling roughly?
Also you could try cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body.
