You have an issue with the cancelation spring. You're going to have to replace replace the whole arm assembly.
Scotty doesn't seem to have a video on this one. That is, at least, I can't find one since the youtube search thing isn't that great. Might need a trip to Tennessee to breathe some life into his channel. {black}:laugh:
I know how to google. I found those quality videos myself already with google. I was talking about Scotty's channel specifically and youtube's channel specific search feature.
