I just cleared code U1112 on my daughter's Kia, but the freeze frame puzzles me. How could this code be triggered with the engine apparently not running? 🤔Â

It’s a battery sensor fault, the engine doesn’t have to run for the car to monitor the electrical system.
It’s probably either a weak battery or parasitic draw.
