Anyone ever use a Ultra-power radiator from Rockauto? They have one that fits my truck and is less than half the price of name brand. I've never heard of the Ultra-power brand before and was wondering if it was worth taking a chance.

I wouldn't go overly cheap with important stuff like your radiator. That, coolant and the water pump are arguably as important as your motor oil. Your engine will not run long if either fails due to poor quality. I took a chance and tried their cheapest condenser in my 22 year old truck, it works fine, but that's not a critical component to the operation of the vehicle.
The ones I buy from AutoZone, O'Reilly and NAPA all come with a limited lifetime warranty.
What kind of warranty comes with this radiator?
