I have a 2020 F150 4wd and regular cab. I want to add a leveling kit to it. Eventually I would like to add a bumper/brush guard combo to it. I understand that they can add 150-250 lbs depending on what you buy. Do you recommend me to upgrade my springs when adding my leveling kit to help with the extra weight or just forget about the bumper/brush guard? Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated.
Your going to want springs that can support the weight but idk which ones to buy I've never upgraded truck suspension. I imagine your normal shocks would work but that added weight would wear them faster and if your going to be doing suspension work like this you might as well. And 250lb isn't a lot of extra weight so you wouldn't crazy aggressive but I would still weight the parts out after you get them just so you know exactly how much you adding. GL with the upgrade!
