Hello I am looking at a used f150 that a local dealership is selling. It’s a 2011 f150 eco boost with the 3.5l it’s a lariat with full 4 doors, tan leather interior and a max towing package. The truck has 169,000 miles on it and it’s a one owner. The service history of it is very good but it does have a very small amount of hail damage on the hood and some on the roof due to it being from west Texas. All the bushings are new and the engine appears to be in really good shape. The dealership wants $12,500 for it. Should I get it and if not what are some equivalents that I can look for in that price range. Thanks
That's a LOT of money for a high mileage EcoBoost. Not to mention you are well into the expected life of a 3.5L EcoBoost motor towing a heavy truck around.
I would easily pass on it.
