I am looking at a 2018 Kia Sportage LX. It has 27k miles, 1 owner, no issues according to CarFax and the dealership is asking $15,997 or $14,997 if we finance through them.
Or
2013 Honda Accord EX-L fully loaded, 84k miles, 1 owner and maintenance according to CarFax seems to be well maintained. No visible damage to the vehicle. They are asking $14,498 or $13,498 if we finance with them.
BOTH vehicles ride very smoothly but the Accord seems to have more room in the back which is preferred.
What do you think about both vehicles and the value of them based on the price??

In one of your videos, you say that engine in the 2013 accord has issues with burning Oil. You also mentioned that you can maintain the engine by changing your own filter more frequently and with full synthetic oil.
I have the carfax and it looks like the owner was getting old and filter change maybe every 15 to 20000 miles instead 5 to 10k miles...
So do you think the engine may be more damaged than normal because the maintenance wasn't done more frequently?
