Should I buy this Camaro Z28?

Dear Scotty,

I found a 1995 Z28 Camaro V8 Automatic transmission with just 27600 miles on it, the seller is a private party from Craigslist, but in the Carfax it shows the Cylinder head gaskets, oil level sensor, engine timing/front cover gaskets were all replaced on 27110 miles. 

Is this car safe to buy or it will make me trouble in future ?

I appreciate your help with response.

That is alot of problems at such a low mileage. I  would run away.
