I'm picking up a 92 5.0 F150 with 65,000 that hasn’t run in 4 years. I know it needs a fuel pump but what else do I need to pay special attention to?

Put a little Marvel Mystery Oil into each cylinder and let it sit for a day or more then make sure engine turns freely. Clean out the fuel system. Change all fluids and filters. Check rubber hoses and seals. Check tire condition. Check brakes.

Sounds like you need to spend some time with Derek from Vice Grip Garage. Bringing dead cars back to life is kinda his stock in trade. Probly not, I don’t know.
For sure it’s gonna need a battry.
make sure you get one with a go-handle
