Hey Scotty, I'm thinking of purchasing a Used 2008 Lexus RX 400h Hybrid CVT Transmission or An RX 300 non hybrid, No CVT what's your advice?
and what's your opinion of the Honda Crossroads are they any good?

Definitely go with the non hybrid RX.

I would go with a non-hybrid Lexus.
If you 'have to' get a hybrid - get a new one and don't plan to keep the car for more than 150,000 miles as repairs/battery/generator replacements can get expensive.

Get the non-hybrid Lexus. It is much better than the Honda SUVs.
