Hey so I recently got an aftermarket intake for my car and the vacuum hose to my valve cover keeps popping off my dad said it was because I have to vacuum pressure what do you think. And thank you for your time

Unless you're track racing, you're better off sticking with factory.

Please post a photo.
If you mean the PCV hose then replace the valve.

If the aftermarket intake has messed up crankcase ventilation, pressure could be building up in there that might blow off a vacuum hose. Could also damage engine seals as well. It's really not a good idea to install anything like that unless you intend to race the car on the track.
