Vaping In Cars

Topic starter

Hey Scotty, I know smoking cigarettes can cause disgusting damage to car interiors but what about vaping ? I’ve banned cigarettes from being smoked in my car but I allow people to vape in the car and I vape myself (trying to quit) but I haven’t noticed anything wrong with my interior yet. Does vaping inside a car cause any damage over time to the interior like cigarettes do ? I’ll claim my “stupid question award” later

Vaping is much better in terms of interior, ordor, etc. I know someone who vapes constantly and all it did was make the windows a bit sticky on the inside, nothing else. Now in 10, 15 years who knows what will happen it's hard to tell but vaping is much safer than cigarettes for your interior, wouldn't be too concerned, and just open the windows. Hope that helps.

I've been vaping in my car for about 5 years now. The only negative repercussion I've noticed is a film on the windows that I clean about once every 6 months. It is no where near what I went through when I smoked cigarettes in my car. As far as lingering smells, there is none that I've noticed from vaping.

Not sure what I pressed to make that a quote and not my original comment🤦🏻‍♂️
