Vibration in steering wheel/body

I have a 2001 Camry v6 with 165,000 miles. The car vibrates intermittently when driving and I noticed the steering wheel vibrates whether I'm coasting, maintaining throttle and braking. I also noticed it makes my interior rattle, mainly towards the front of the car. All of these happen at freeway speeds between 50-75mph and the vibration gets worse under brakes. However, it is not consistent. It only occurs sometimes and does not consistently happen all the time. I replaced the front rotors and pads, as well as rotated and balanced my tires and the problem still persists. Any idea what could be causing it? My mechanic said it could be the control arm bushings being worn but I wanted to get a second opinion.

Check for bad motor mounts.

It could be anything loose in the front suspension or steering linkage, check all components. Also check wheel bearings.
