Vibration in toyota camry

I have a 2002 Toyota camry and it has like 199,388 miles and it has an automatic. When I go like 40 to 55 mph, it makes a vibration and you feel the car shake and when I go higher speeds,  it doesn't do that. What could it be? And when I hold the speed for like 55mph it does have a vibration too. What could it mean?

Most probably your tyres..

Try swapping your front tyres to the back & vice versa.

Are all 4 tyres balanced?

Check your tires. Tires that need rebalancing, that are out of balance, will shake, and get worse at higher speeds (because the tires are rotating more rapidly). Out of round tires create this, too

The other thing I can think of is a brake caliper that is not full released. Usually, that's accompanied by a burning smell, as your brake pads get way too hot.
