Hey Scotty and the Crew
My friend's vw golf 1,6 engine car overheated so badly, I only replaced top gasket and the car can still start and run smooth but it's got a bad sound rumbling but where? Crankshaft is been checked and new camfulls been replaced but that sound is still exciting, what should I do?

Exciting? I like working on cars but I’ve never heard an exciting “bad” noise.
Now when the exhaust has that slight lazy cam miss at idle, like its 50rpms from stalling until you punch it, that’s exciting. 🤣
Lol I think he meant ‘exists/existing’..
