I am thinking about purchasing a used 2013 Volvo Cx90 with 128,000 miles. He is asking below blue book, what are your thoughts?
What is the price?

No...I'd steer clear of it. Volvo is like any other high end European car, insanely expensive to maintain and repair it. We had a 2011 XC70 and so glad we don't have it anymore.

Nope!
The XC90 is a good car, but currently used prices are insane.
If you can not wait for prices to calm down to get a lower millage car, it's not that bad - just make sure it shifts smoothly and to get it inspected by a mechanic PRE-purchase.

He is asking below blue book
First red flag; people are asking higher prices than before for their used cars so asking below book value is suspicious.
