Hello,
Volvo S80 2.9 GM4T65E transmission 2002
I have an ECM-711A code: https://www.dtcdecode.com/Volvo/ECM-711A
It is a warning currently in Volvo Vida-Dice software, no check engine light on the dashboard.
Currently it does not cause any problem.
What components / cables should I check which related to ECM? Maybe is just a corroded connector or cable?
Is this a common problem with 2000's volvos?

Definitely try to disconnect all the wiring from the transmission to the computer module and pray there's corrosion or something causing that code. A lot of times it will or get wet water intrudes and it corrodes and you get that code. Especially if they run fine otherwise
