Want to use lucas transmission oil while servicing a recently bought 2013 honda civic with 105,000km?

Maybe more information?  What transmission?  Why do you think you need to ask about using Lucas oil?  Could you not find the right grade oil to use?

I think I'll change the transmission oil myself come March, I want to know if the lucas transmission additive-half bottle or full bottle would be ideal for my apparently relatively weak Honda transmission?

Check the grade of oil needed.  Brand is your choice but grade of oil is up to Honda.   Fresh oil might be enough.

no, I would not put it in.

Those additives are a last resort band-aid for failing transmissions. If yours works well enough, then just take good care it . If you want to be extra careful, then shorten up your service interval a bit.

It's a young enough car with low mileage. If the transmission showed any problems, then I would fix them properly.

Thanks.
