hey scotty from tennessee i bought a 2011 toyota camry with 100000 miles new tires and tinted windows for 6500 was this a good purchase.

Did it pass a pre-purchase inspection?
Yea inspection by the state
State inspection is not the same as a pre-purchase inspection
Well you ideally want to have it looked at by your trusted mechanic, with a fine tooth comb, before purchase. New tires and tinted windows mean nothing, if the engine and/or tranny are on their way out.
