So I have already taken 90% of my engine apart so I can’t use the cheater bar and cranking method, any other options to remove the bolt off the harmonic balancer. It’s an 04 Mustang GT that I’m rebuilding.

Well you get a wrench to hold the pulley in place any of those giant chain wrenches that will go around it to hold in One direction and then pull the cheater bar in the other you'll need two guys

Where is it located?
On my Honda Accord, it is located right below the left wheel well, you have to remove the front left tire to get to it. I used extensions and a cheater bar with a pipe.
A plan B had was too get a power tool. But I ended up not needing it.

How about a really good, air driven impact tool?
