Water pump stud

Good evening,

My name is Walter, and first I just want to thank you for you guidance in many directions that I have sought after. Then the availability was extraordinary. Now my question pertains to the stud that the thermostat housing is kept in place. I had snapped mine because I simply overthought the matter and placed both the water outlet gasket and the thermostat gasket and was wondering why I was still having a leak. I noticed my error only after I stepped away.

Now for the Vehicle:

Sincerely,

Walter Conde

  P.S.

Although I wish no other may experience this, I do hope it can help any one else just to make sure not to make your project the daily with only doing projects individually.

Well you'll have to drill it out and install a new stud with a drill and tap kit. Or pay a mechanic to do that
