Hi everyone,
I was changing a bulb on my 2011 Subaru Tribeca, with a 110k miles on it, then to test it, I switched the ignition on, but the engine off, no engine start, then I listen a weird noise coming from the engine bay.
I almost freaked out because I thought I have burned something. I had to try to start the car. The car starts, it's working, but I have no idea what is that noise.
Can you please tell me what it is? I've recorded a YouTube video for you guys to listen to it.

try pulling some fuses until it stops
