I'm not understanding what, if anything, makes the 1330cc Rotax triple special/different than a regular ICE 4 stroke. I'd appreciate some help understanding the Rotax motor.

Road tax has been making engines for a long time especially in speedy things like motorcycles they make excellent motors. Their power to weight ratios better than a conventional engine but of course odds are will wear out faster too
