I have a 2001 Toyota Sequoia SR5, 200k miles, it has been a good truck, but now it needs the following repairs:
2 catalytic converters, smog, then registration.
Rear door latch and window motor R/R
Passenger Door Lock repair
Radio Antenna Replacement
A/C repair

See what the cats cost to repair and go from there. I'd say if it's more than half the value of the vehicle. get rid of it. The other stuff probably isn't important whether it works or not on a vehicle of that age.

The 2 cats and AC repair could easily surpass the current car value. I would get rid of it.
