What do you think about a ford police interceptor that is a suv. I have been thinking about buying one.
I have been looking at a lot of them, but the price is range anywhere from five thousand to thirty thousand and the years are different for every single one and the prices with that too.
have you seen how police use their vehicles?
Avoid the Ford Explorers that were driven all day, every day. It's also not uncommon that 1 truck was used on more than one shift especially in large cities. Narrow your search to SUVs driven by ranking officers like captains because they normally don't do high speed chases and show up after bullets were exchanged. Prisoner transfer vehicles might have a bunch of miles on them but probably didn't see rough action. Don't forget to check out the vehicles used by government employees such as code enforcers, building inspectors or animal control. They are also fitted with heavy duty police options except lights and siren.

Don't. Police cars get beaten the crap out of constantly. Old V8 Crown Victorias are much better made than EcoBoost SUVs. It's a small engine, forced induction and GDI, rather than ordinary fuel injection and a V8. That engine is probably shot.
