2006 Toyota Camry, 440,000 miles. Well maintained.
I just notice a vibration sound at high speeds going around right hand corners. Nothing on the left hand corners.
What could cause that?

bad CV joints. Is the boot damaged?

In addition to your CV joints you may want to check your wheel bearings.
