I currently have AAA.  I broke down in PA and AAA told me that I could not get a ride with the tow driver because of covid restrictions.  I got a ride home from a friend.  AAA told me that the tow operator could not tow my car back to my location for several hours.  As of this writing, it is 8 hours.  Should I switch companies ?

You'll probably have the same problems with any of them due to staffing problems and Covid precautions until such time (if ever) that life returns to some semblance of normalcy.

I have AAA's top tier membership where you get a free battery replacement once per year. I have enough vehicles in my stable that any given year frequently one of them winds up needing a battery, so that covers most of the membership fee for me.  😎

AAA is about as good (or bad) as all the others.

I would vote for the AAA.

Just out of curiosity, how many times have you used AAA roadside assistance?

Once, 22 years ago.

@yaser I can't keep track how many times my parents does it. I remember they did it recently when they left their keys in their vehicle.
