One is metric. 
(sorry, I’m just kidding; my filter is not working today.
They’re the same thing. Something measured in feet multiplied by something measured in pounds will be measured in foot-pounds or pound-feet. 1 foot-pound is equal to the force of a 1-pound weight on a lever 1 foot horizontal from the fulcrum)
