Scotty does not usually return to topics he has already answered. Although a video can sometimes help it is not always possible to tell the source of a sound that way. This one is going to require hands-on examination.
Those cars are known for being prone to both engine and transmission problems. If the turbocharger was making noise it should make sound when revving the engine in neutral. You might also jack the car up and rotate wheels by hand to see if you hear or feel anything, and look for any debris that might be rubbing on axles or brakes. It could even be a rusted brake dust shield making contact with the rotor. (I've had that happen and it made a scraping noise when moving.)

If it's the transmission, it is not worth fixing it
I couldn't tell from that video but it's very easy to pinpoint sounds. See my video on YouTube finding a source of car noises. You can use many devices to find a source of sounds. You can get an electric stethoscope stick it on the turbo so you have the turbo's not kind of noise. You can get remote sensing devices where you can stick the microphones on the turbo and on the transmission and then see which one's making the noise. Good luck!

The car has 125k.miles and it doesn't make the noise in neutral or when I spin the wheel with car lifted has to begrh torque converter or transmission I can literally feel it when I drive . The first 1-15 mph always making this noise but if I shift manually to second and then 3rd quickly it skips the noise a little so I'm assuming it has to be transmission related torque converter etc. Can't be the brake caliper it's a totally different noise
I'm not paying a emchanc money just to tell me the issue so I'm leaving it as is for now .
