IMO Would be better off not doing the swap and just getting a manual car, if this do be a project you want to invest in then try this:

Be prepared to have a good chuck of change to do so as well. As far as I know, you would be one of the rare few who have done a swap on this car if you do... It's not a civic swap which is done left and right so you will have a hard time finding help if need be too I would think. Not to mention you would have to be mechanically savy as well or else whatever shop you go to will easily charge thousands more if they do happen to take on your request... Good luck.
@BruceREE Is right. Swapping from auto to manual is a very difficult thing to do and it would cost you more than your car is worth to do it.
I would just find a factory manual car if that is what you want.
