I'm approaching 118,000 KM with a new clutch and drivetrain, just don't have fast enough power. I'm trying to flash or piggyback my car to see if the old turbo fails suddenly first before changing it.

There's not really much you can do to OBD1 system there are two basic. Other than change hardware it can't really be reprogrammed or anything
