I have a 2002 BMW E39 525 automatic [tiptronic], it still runs well, ice cold AC, it has 200000 miles on the clock, i change recommended oil regularly, i have only one problem, when i go in reverse i feel some kind of vibration coming from the rear, i dont know what to do now!

the rear differential could be damaged.
