Its missing the entire catalytic converter ,all i see is a solid pipe where it should be , aswell, after 30 mins of driving it , it starts to jump forward like crazy like while my foots on the gas pedal it has a P2646 code and a P0141 and a P0325, still drives thoe im amazed haha, gets me where i need to be

Realize the only thing a catalytic converter does is burn pollutants cars actually run better without them but codes will trip.so in your case it all depends on what kind of emissions testing is done for inspections if there is none you can fix it without the cat but if there are you'd have to put one back on and that would get expensive
