Hey,
I just purchased a 2001 Grand marquis and did all the usual tune up stuff. The car is mostly going to be sitting for the next year or so, just wanted to know what i should do before and while the car is sitting for such a long period of time.
I was planning on giving it a quick 20 minute ride every other week or so but is there anything else I should be looking at?

1) fuel stabilizer
2) disconnect the battery
3) make sure everything is bone dry (or use damprid )
4) vermin control as necessary

The Car Care Nut did a video once about debris getting into the vents between the bonnet/hood and the windshield. Can cause all kinds of havoc apparently. Don't know if that was mentioned. Especially as the leaves debris break down.
